The Grand Jury of Trigg County in the name and by the authority of the Commonwealth of Kentucky accuse Loftin Michell of the Crime of Robbery. Committed as follows viz. The said Loftin Michell on the 10^th day of August 1864 in the County aforesaid willfully and feloniously took one horse the personal property of Elvington De Graffenreid from his presence and possession and against his will by putting him in fear of Some immediate injury to his person from violence, against the peace and dignity of the Commonwealth of Kentucky,
