Loflin Michell William Bogar Futrell Foard

The Grand Jury of Trigg Count in the name and by the authority of the Commonwealth of Kentucky accuse Loftin Michell William Bogard and Futrell — of the Offense of unlawfully carrying away property Committed as follows viz. The said Loftin Michell William Bogard and Futrell Foard on the 10^th day of September 1864 in the County aforesaid, did willfully Knowingly and unlawfully, but not with felonious intent take and carry away Two Guns and Three Mules all of the value of Six hundred Dollars $600. the property of John C Whitlock and J. S. M^cNichols and against the will and consent of said Whitlock & M^cNichols and against the peace and dignity of the Commonwealth of Kentucky
