William Harris, George Himes, William Fuller, Rice {Unclear} Ruark, Saml Fry, Harrison Ruark

The Grand Jury of Lewis County, in the name, and by the authority of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, accuse William Harris Geo Hines, William Fuller, Rice Ruark, Saml Fry, & Harrison Ruark, of the offence of defacing & injuring unlawfully but not with felonious intent, the house of Geo Rea the real property of said Geo Rea committed as follows: The said Geo. Himes William Fuller Rice Ruark, Saml Fry & Harrison, on the [...] day of October 1863, at the County aforesaid. unlawfully, but not with felonious intention defaced and injured the house of Geo Rea, being the residence of said Rea and his family, situate lying & being on the east fork of Cabin creek in said county of Lewis against the peace and dignity of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
