I hereby State that for Several days Previous to the Setting of the last Circuit court. I did not Expect to be present at its Sitting, and Told Jerry Haner that I would not. be there as my business of was of Such a character charactor, that I did not think I could go but contrary to my expectation, I did go and was the only witness present, and all that I stated was that I Saw thatthe Boy Jackgoing from the house of said Haner with whiskey Given under my hand this
