Lynn B Baker in custody charged with the offence of robbery and being admitted to bail in the sum of Five hundred dollars — Now we Ednor Baker and Leanda Baker of Trigg County here by undertake that the above named Lynn B Baker will appear in the Caldwell Circuit Court, on the 1^st day of the next November Term to answer said charge, and will at all time render himself answerable to the order and process of said Court in the prosecution of said charge and if convicted will render himself in execution thereof, or if he shall fail to performe either of their conditions, That we will pay to the Comlth of Ky, the sum of Five Hundred dollars,
