December Term.
Commonwealth agst. Geo Oakes No 770 Indicted
Came the parties and Deft. plead not Guilty thereupon came a Jury viz. H McDonald. W Martin. A Craig, John O Donnell, W Maloney, F M Royers, J C Wilson, A Dearing, Sam Eggelston W. L. Shrock. H Crout, and C Hancock, who being duly sworn well and truly to try the issue after hearing the evidence returned the following verdict. We the Jury find the Defendant Guilty as charged in the Indictment and fix his fine at $200. John O Donnell, foreman, Wherefore. it is adjudged. that Defendant make his fine to the Commonwealth of Kentucky in the sum of $200, and his costs herein expended,
The attachment against Ellidon Davis absent witness herein is discharged of his costs
