This cause came on for trial and came the Comlth by her atty and the Deft by his atty and announced themselves ready and then came a Jury Towit Edmond Hamilton, Berry Eaton, Samuel Cutliff, Wily Jones, Asel Houchin David Jones, Henry M Mitchell J H Hamilton Wm Howard John Tarter L J Blair Isaac Cross. and after being empannelled and Sworn to well and truly try the issue Joined &c and after hearing the evidence & arguments of the attys retired to their room & after consultation returned into court the following verdict Towit We of the Jury find the deft guilty of the offence as herein charged and assess his punishment at a fine of two hundred dollars

It is therefore ordered and adjudged by the court that the plff recover of the Deft the sum of two hundred dollars and her cost herein expanded and that he make his fine good by the payment
of sed sum and he may be taken &c
