The Commonwealth of Ky. Plff
against. } Summons on Forfeited Bond
James Long, William Harris Green Forrest Rosa Long. and Susan Carrico Defts
The Defendants William Harris, Green Forrest, and Susan Carrico, having been duly summoned and failing to answer; it is adjudged by the Court, the Plaintiff recover of said Defendants, Three Hundred Dollars, the amount of the forfeited Bond, and also her Costs, herein expended: And this cause is continued as to James Long and Rosa Long.
