G. W. Gaines states that he is a practiceing Physician and in 654He visited her about twice each day. Jordan started to said Court, and came to my office about one mile from his house, told me had important business in said Court, and was going there, I told him he ought not to go. that his daughters condition was such that he ought not to leave her by any means. he then turned back home, Jordans wife at the same time was sick but not dangerous, the daughter needed all the attention she could get. I know Jordan very well his character is that of an honest and law abiding man.
