Dobozy, Commander of The Military post of Columbus suspending my official duties as Police Judge for my action in the case of The City of Columbus Vs J. J. Waldstein Breach of the Peace in which case The defendant was tried by a Jury and The Verdict was That should pay a fine of ten dollars and costs. a Copy of The Order is herewith enclosed
