Your petitioners Citizens of Washington County believing that the case of Henry C Gillespie lately convicted of Manslaughter in the Washington Circuit Court and sentenced to six years and six months confinement in the penitentiary is one which appeals strongly to clemency of the Executive respectfully pray that he be pardoned
