Thomas Pollard and William Wing..

The Grand Jury of Caldwell County, in the name and by the authority of the Commonwealth of Kentucky: accuse Thomas Pollard and William Wing of the crime of Stealing a mule, committed as follows. viz: The said Thomas Pollard and William Wing on the 10" day of march 1864 in the county aforesaid willfully and feloniously took and carried away Brown Mare mule the personal property of Wiley Baker and of the value of One hundred dollars against the peace and dignity of the Commonwealth of Kentucky,
