Robert M Martin

The Grand Jury of Muhlenberg County in the name and by the authority of the Commonwealth of Kentucky: accuse Robert M. Martin of the crime of Robbery Committed as follows, viz: The said Robert M. Martin on the 3rd day of December 1863 in the County aforesaid — willfully and feloniously took FiveOvercoats the property of F. B. Hancock and E R Weir Jr from the immediate presence and possession of James A Campbell the agent and clerk for said Hancock & Weir and by putting him said James A. Campbell in fear of some immediate injury to his person from violence and force of arms, and against the peace and dignty of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
