This day came as well the attorney for the Commonwealth as the Defendant in proper person in discharge of his bail bond and the Deft confesses Judgment for the sum of twenty five dollars & the attorney for the Commonwealth agrees to accept a Judgment for that amount, Therefore it is adjudged that the Defendant make his fine to the Commonwealth of Kentucky by the Judgment of Twenty five dollars & that he pay the costs of this prosecution & may be taken &c
