The Grand Jury of Barren County in the name and by the authority of the Commonwealth of Kentucky accuse Albert Steamburgin & James Jones of the crime of horse Stealing commited as follows towit the said Albert Steambergin and James Jones on the 3rd day of Feb 1865 in the County aforesaid did feloniously take steal and carry away one horse the property of Joseph Peck which said horse was there and there of the value of fifty Dollars.
