On Motion of W^m Huff & W^m B Wright of the style of Huff & Wright.

It is ordered that they be & they are hereby permitted to keep a coffee house in the house they now occupy, in the S. E. Corner of the Dabney Row, with the privilege of retailing wine whiskey Brandy & other Spirituous Liquors for Twelve month commencing to day. Whereupon they paid to the Treasurer the Town Tax of Seventy five dollars & Ten dollars State Tax, & Executed bond as required by the Statutes and the by laws of the Town.

On Motion of Milton Harvey & Huff & Wright It is ordered that the License obtained by Huff & Wright June 15^th 1865 be & are hereby transferred to the said Harvey on the Condition that the said Harvey obligate himself to comply with the same Rules governing Huff & Wright and that Said Harvey have the benefit of the unexposed time of said License
