Wm Hatchett, Nathaniel Milbourn & Mat. Terrell

The Grand Jury of Washington county in the name and by the authority of the commonwealth of Kentucky accuse William Hatchett, Nathaniel Milbourn and Mat Terrell of the crime of Robery committed as follows: The Said William Hatchett Nathaniel Milbourn and Mat Terrell on the 7th day of December 1864 in the county aforesaid did feloniously steal take and carry away one Pistol of the value of More than four Dollars the property of James Reed from the person and in the presence of said Reed, against his will, by force and by putting him in fear of some immediate injury to his person against the peace and dignity of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
