Dewit Napier Hezakiah Harmon Thomas Fitzpatrick and James Pendleton

The Grand Jury of Adair County in the name and by the authority of the Commonwealth of Kentucky accuse Dewit Napier Hezakiah Harmon Thomas Fitzpatrick and James Pendleton of the Crime of Robbery committed as follows towit the said Napier, Harmon, Fitzpatrick, and Pendleton on the 1st day of August 1864 in the county aforesaid did feloniously and fourcibly take United States Treasury notes of the value of nine Dollars the property of C L Rice in his presents and against his will by putting him in fear of some immediate injury to his person against the peace and dignity of the Commonwealth of Kentucky
