The Grand Jury of Washington County, in the name and by the authority of the Commonwealth of Kentucky accuse Henry Galispy of the Crime of "Murder" Committed as follows The Said Henry Galispy on the 26th day of December 1864 in the County aforesaid, did willfully, feloniously and of his Malice aforethought Kill and Murder John B. Lawrence by shooting him with a pistol Against the peace and dignity of the Commonwealth of Kentucky
