Whereas I have this day received information on oath from Ethelinda Rielea that in said City, John Ritchie did under false and fraudulent pretences, and with a felonious intent, obtain from said Rielea two diamond set finger rinngs, of the value of $200⁰⁰ contrary to the Statute in such case made and provided

These are therefor to command you forthwith to arrest said Ritchie and bring him before the Judge of ours said Court to be dealt with according to Law
