I would suggest Agrippa Scott, of Paoli Indiana, as a suitable person to act as agent in conveying said Brown when apprehended to this jail — he is well acquainted with Brown, and was a witness before the grand jury — it is through th said Scott that I get the information of Browns whereabouts —
