I most respectfully ask the appointment of James. L. Conner and Henry. T. Snyder Justices of the peace in the 4 district of Boone County in the place of Ben Lindsey resigned and Paschal Conner removed from Boone county to the County of Kenton there being no Justice in Said district those men are [conservative] responsible gentlemen
