I, Virginius J. Tobias duly appointed and commissioned by His Excellency Thomas E. Bramlette, Governor of the State of Kentucky, a Commissioner of Deeds for the State of Kentucky, resident in South Carolina, do solemnly swear, that I will well and faithfully execute and perform all the duties of such commissioner, under and by virtue of the Laws of the Said State of Kentucky.
