Sir the undersigned, Justice of the Peace for Kenton County in the first Magisterial Dist out side of Covington Ky, Respectfully petitions his resignation as Justice of the Peace for said dist and County as above stated. as I expect to leave the state in a fiew days. I take pleasure in recomending Henry Horestmann as a suitable person to fill the vacancy,
