To his Excellency the Gov. of Ky —
Your Petitioners represent that an additional Notary Public in & for the County of Madison is necessary to the Convenience of the Citizens of the County & they recomend James B. McCreary as a Suitable person to fill that office. They would further Suggest that his immediate appointment is desirable as next monday is the County Court in Madison at which time he could give bond & qualify
