Respected sir I have been induced to tax your time and patience by a portion of my company and number of our best Farmers Merchants & and Mechanics By informing you I have recived no answer from my call for armes for my company our presant position leads us to fear we will have use for them before we will learn to use them properly I am ^happy^ to inform you your answer to Lincans call on Kentucky for men is received and indorced by most respectfullyable if not by a majority we find our selves surounded by those who will back the the
