Dear Sir
enclosed I send your honor 2 Petitions. from citizens of our County. Petitioning your Excellency to remit some fines assessed against some two of our citizens at the last terme of our court
I would say to you, Governor that I am satisfied it would meet the approbation of the citizens generally of our County if you would remit said fines. and therefore ask your Excellency to do so
