against } Indict Felony
James Gorsuch Deft.
The defendant being solemnly called to appear in discharge of the recognizance entered into by him in the City Court of Louisville on the why if any they have or can why the Commonwealth shall not have judgement and execution thereon against them for sixteen hundred Dollars the said James Gorsuch in Eight hundred dollars and the said James G. Gorsuch, L. B. Bates, Abm. P. Gorsuch, H. F. Simrall, John Joyes & Jeff Brown in a like sum according to the form & effect of said recognizance and for a breach of the conditions thereof. And on motion of plaintiff a capias is awarded her against the said James Gorsuch returnable &c which capias shall be endorsed bail in eight hundred dollars with good security in a like sum conditioned &c And all further
proceedings are continued until the next term of this Court.
