The Governor appointed O. C. Curry a Justice of the Peace for Jefferson county Hays Spring District in place of I. Mills decd
He appointed James Ayres Jr. a Notary Public for Kenton County until the end of the next session of the General Assembly.
He remitted to Indiana Clark admr of Young Clark Decd a Judgment of the Hickman Equity and Criminal Court of $106. for a breach of the peace.
