The Governor appointed and commissioned Dr R. J. Breckenridge Surgeon General in the Kentucky State Guard with the Rank of Colonel.
He approved the Constitution and By-Laws of the Henderson Guards and the Louisville Battallion
He respited for twelve months a Judgment of a Justice of the Peace for Franklin County of $10. against D. H. Johnson, for a breach of the peace.
He remitted to Wm Chesser So much of a Judgment of the Washington Circuit Court as required Chesser to be imprisoned Six months in the county jail for cutting with intent to kill

The Governor remitted to John Murray a Judgment of the Anderson Circuit Court of $100. upon a forfeited recognizance.
