He commissioned the following Majors for Clinton County Wm C. Wood and Wm Morrison
Also Jas A. Hawkins, Paymaster, Geo. W. Mathews Quarter Master, Geo. W. Goodman, Surgeon of Anderson County
He issued a Requisition on the Governor of Indiana for Isaac Rosenbaum, under an indictment in the Jefferson Circuit Court for Felony and appointed Robt A. Seay, Agent.
He approved the Constitution and By-laws of the Bozzan's Grays a Military Company of Germantown under modifcations made by Inspector General.
