He accepted and caused to be filed the resignation of C A. Berry a Justice of the Peace for Livingston County district No 3.
He accepted the resignation of C. H. Harney 3d Lieut. of the Lexington Chasseurs.
He approved an account of $6.00 to D. Griffin for work done at State Capitol, certified by the Librarian to be correct.
He respited for twelve months the following judgments
