The Governor appointed Tho. P. Wherritt a Notary Public for Garrard County
He approved accounts amounting to $17.65 to F. C. Smith for work done on the Public Square duly certified as correct
He pardoned Mary Flynn convicted by the Jefferson Circuit Court of felony and sentenced to confinement in the Penitentiary one year
He caused to be filed the oath of E. F. de Selding Comr of Deeds for New York.
