The Governor approved an account of $21. to E H Tole for work done in House of Representatives certified as correct by the Sergeant at Arms
He commissioned E. B. Pope and J. M. Berill Colonel and Lieutenant Colonel of the Enrolled Militia for the County of Washington.
Also the Captains, First, Second, & Third Lieutenants of the Todd County Enrolled Militia duly elected
He pardoned John H. Gabmill convicted of Felony by the Perry Circuit Court and sentenced to two years confinement in the Penitentiary
He caused to be filed the Oath of office of Saml S. Carter Comr of Deeds fo Massachusetts.
He appointed Jas S. Phelps a Manager of the Western Lunatic Asylum in place of Jno. S. Bryan resigned.
He nominated to the Senate the following persons to be Notaries Public in the counties named, to wit:
