The Governor caused to be filed the oath of Thomas Darlington Comr of Deeds for New York
He appointed Dr M. Thum Aid with the Rank of Colonel
He appointed Jas Crum a Justice of the Peace for Johnson County Dist No 6 in place of James Step resigned
He respited for Six months a judgment of the Knox Circuit Court of $100. against A. P. Henson upon a forfeited recognizance

The Governor respited for twelve months a judgment of the Police Court of $20. against Benjamin Hardin
He remitted to Wm Frooks a judgment of the Louisville City Court of $100. upon a forfeited recognizance
He commissioned the following persons in the Harrods Guards Phil R. Thompson Captain, J. W. Bingham 1st Lt B F Hardesty 2d Lt & J. Wickersham 3d Lt
Also C. G. Cady Captain H. N. Cox 1st Lt. Geo. W. Sulser 2d Lt. and G T. Foreman 3d Lt. of a Military Company
Also Commissioned the officers of the Enrolled Militia for Carter County duly elected
And Commissioned Wm Bowling Adjutant L. J. Goble Quarter Master, J B Ward Paymaster and Wm D. Jones Surgeon in the Enrolled Militia for Carter County.
