To his Exellency Governor Robinson of Kentucky.
The undersigned Citizen and Freeholders of the City of Newport, Campbell County, Ky, respectfully represent that at the fullable but poor and law abiding Citizen of said city, that he was convicted upon the evidence of a young man who was apparently over the age of twenty-one and who really was only one or two months under that age.
Considering the above stated facts they Respectfully pray your Exellency to remit the Commonwealths portion of the fine in the above case.
Newport Ky.
