To Hon— James F Robinson Govenor of the Commmonwealth of Ky, Your Petitioner,Isaac Whitehead, states that at the JFwas fined twenty Dollars for Gaming and that your Petitioner is a very poor man and lives in a part of the Commonwealth that has been badly torn up by the two contending armies, and that we have to haul our Provisions some twenty or thirty miles for our children to eat— therefore your Petitioner asks your honor to remit his fine and confer a special favor upon him and his Family
