To His Excellency Jas F, Robinson Govenor of the Commonwealth of Ky,
Your Petitioner John Cable would most Respectfully state that at the August term of the Rockcastle Circuit Court, he was fined $20.00 for gaming, He further states that he was playing a small game at cards and happened to bet a little to make the game interesting. for which he was fined. he promises not to do so again and asks your excellency to remit the fine as he is a poor man, and done what he did unthoughtedly,
