1 ,, ,, ,, Sergeant Charles Bradley, Co "E" 25th Regiment Michigan Volunteers, is discharged the service, to date from the tenth day of October 1863, to enable him to accept a Commission then tendered him by the Governorof Kentuckyand since when he has been acting in the capacity of a Commissioned Officer.
