Father of James Rogers, William Rogers, Benjamin F. Rogers, Spencer Rogers, Elizabeth Rogers, Martha Rogers, Barton W. Rogers, and Rocksey A. Rogers. Resident of Washington County, Kentucky, in 1850. Farmer in Washington County in 1860. Owned four enslaved persons in Washington County in 1860. Justice of the peace in Washington County from August 30, 1861.
