Henry County, Kentucky, merchant and justice of the peace. Kentucky native. Married to Caroline B. Lee Perry in Hamilton County, Ohio, on October 25, 1835. Father of Louis W. Perry, Fannie W. Perry, Denora Perry, Caroline Perry, Mary E. Perry, Flora A. Perry, and John C. Perry. Merchant in Henry County in 1860. Owned three enslaved persons in Henry County in 1860. Justice of the peace in Henry County in 1863.
