Franklin County, Kentucky, attorney and attorney general. Kentucky native. Married to Harriet Rodman. Father of John Rodman, Thomas Rodman, Russell Rodman, Ann E. Rodman, Susan Rodman, Hugh Rodman, and William Rodman. Attorney in Frankfort in 1860. Attorney general of the Commonwealth of Kentucky from 1865 to 1875.
