Harrison County, Kentucky, farmer and physician. Lincoln County, Kentucky, native. Son of Josephus Perrin and Elizabeth Perrin. Married to Arabella Edwards Perrin in Bourbon County, Kentucky, on November 27, 1819. Graduate of Transylvania University in Lexington, Fayette County, Kentucky. Physician in Harrison County in 1850. Owned fifteen enslaved persons in Harrison County in 1850. Farmer in Harrison County in 1860. Owned twenty-one enslaved persons in Harrison County in 1860.
