Larue County, Kentucky, farmer and soldier. Kentucky native. Married to E. A. Duckworth. Father of J. W. Duckworth, S. G. Duckworth, J. D. Duckworth, T. M. Duckworth, and E. W. Duckworth. Farmer in Larue County, Kentucky, in 1860. Served in the 37th Kentucky Volunteer Mounted Infantry Regiment (U.S.A.) as second lieutenant from December 23, 1863, to August 8, 1864.
