A. M Gazly Esq
My Dear Sir,
The enclosed paper speaks for itself — Use it as you judge best — I have been from home for the past 6 or 8 days & only arrived at home last evening, which will explain why I have not at an earlier day manifested the deep interest I feel for my old & long tried and devoted friend Mr Gorin who I love as my own dear brother — I sincerely trust that the Governor may at once and without delay pardon him — Can I serve Mr Gorinin this matter, in any other way if I can, let me know it at once & I stand ready to do it —
I am
Respectfully
G. T. Wood
