Whereas a judgement was Rendered against Stephen Coleman in the Henry Circuit Court for $60=Fined for keeping a tipling House, and it was, for another person, who had a Right to sell liquors, But said Coleman did not attend the Court, And he was therefore fine for his negligence in the case. He is a very poor man and his wifesubject to Fits monthly. We the undersigned most Respectfully. Ask for you to Remit the aforesaid fine, This 2nd day of November 1863.
