I want you to wright to venerble at Frankfort and have him to go-to the Governor and get me a recqusition to the Governor of indiania for alexandrew Burk as-I have a[...]scertained that he is in That State again and also tell venerble to have all those Seals that is Necessary So i will not be troubled again — tell him to attend to it to it immediately and i will pay all expense & charges as Soon as i See you do not fail to attend to this wright off for I want to get him by Circuit Court at Carrollton you must excuse this bad wrighting as The boat Shakes So i cannot half wright i hope you will wright to me & let me know whether you [...] can have it all fixed without with out me
