Please find enclosed copy of Indictment found in this court against [...] Guess and others for robery, the same notorious personage who is the subject of a recent corrispondence.
Information is received here, that he is now in Evansville Indiana; and has been for some days, and perhaps intends remainig there. He and the most of his band, as the civil officers inform me, have fled the comth.

The object is to get a requisition upon the Governor of Indiana and have him brought to Ky. to answer.
Mr Barnett & Mr Clay are both absent & would if either were here have performed this duty.
