In response to a notice recd from the State Department of Kentucky โ [pp] the assistant Secy of State. Mr Tate If I am correct w his name, I remitted the fee of 5.00 on the renewal of my appointment as a commissioner for said State The money was mailed at Albany
I have the Receipt on Registering said Letter. as no. 71 & I will thank you to have this matter attended to by your officers
