The Board upon exemptions having completed their labors, I have the honor to make the following report of the condition of the Enrollment as ordered by his Excellency the Governor, together with the division of the city & county into regimental district.
Statement A which I herewith transmit shews the complete Enrollment of the city & county, together with the Exemptions, the number of men subject to Military duty & the division into Regimental districts in accordance with the State Guard basis; with the following as a company viz; one captain; one First Lieutenant; one Second Lieutenant; Five sergeants; Four corporals, & Seventy Six privates; making rank & file 88 Men.
Each regimental district consisting of 3 Battalions of 6 companies Each, making in all 1584 without the field & Staff.
Statement B Shows the Same
in city, divided into regimental districts upon the U. S. basis, of medium regiments,
Statement, C, shews the same in county upon the Same basis.
The following is a recapitulation,

The Board upon Exemptions, having completed their labors I deem it my duty, & it is with great pleasure that I am thus enabled to testify to the correct, impartial & loyal manner in which the gentlemen, who composed said board, have performed their several duties & am fully of the opinion, that better appointments could not have been made.
The record of Enrollment & Exemption is now in the hands of the binder & I shall be Enabled to submit it to you, next Wednesday,
